”Firstly, thank you. Thank you for helping us to deliver the dream that we had for our Riverton Library for so long and is now a reality for us to work in every day. The feedback from staff and community is overwhelming and whilst we’ve had a few teething problems, majority has been amazing.
Michael, I want to thank you for your ongoing patience and ability to make so many changes seem so simple and yet are so complex. You’ve put up with so much from me in terms of changes and ‘what if’s’ but you remained calm for the whole project.
Tash, you are an amazing asset to the Resource family. You’re bubbly personality always shone, even when you were under enormous pressure. You helped me so much in making sure our decisions were exactly right.
Reuben, thank you for your help with the 3D and the changes you helped with during the project, you’re a star.
Deb, thank you for your amazing interior design expertise, I think I might have fallen apart if it wasn’t for yours and Tash’s amazing help with our colour coordination.
Joel, thank you for your amazing willingness to excel and deliver the most outstanding job. You’re a gem to work with and I would highly recommend you as Project Manager on these jobs. Your eye for detail was exceptional and your wonderful nature made you such a pleasure to work with.
Jason, I can’t thank you enough for all the help you continue to give us in dealing with a few issues that we’ve experienced. Your support has been unbelievable and I look forward to speaking with you in 2019.
And of course – Scott. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting together such an amazing team and really caring about the result we wanted to achieve being so important to you. I know this project hasn’t always been easy but you and the team really were amazing and with the amount of libraries across WA (we’ve had over 120 library staff been through Riverton touring the refurbishment) I am sure you will have an even larger presence in WA in no time. The quality of the furniture is second to none and we can’t recommend you enough.”

“Resource Furniture have played an integral part in this project in helping us achieved the desired outcome of a modern vibrant library. Through a consultative approach Resource Furniture has developed a range of shelving designed specifically for the Mount Gambier Library. Inspired by the modern European Libraries the shelving was produced using products such as Valchromat and E1 Melamine board. The Valchromat has a choice of vibrant colours that stimulates the mind and encourages curiosity with the younger generation.
Resource Furniture embraced the challenge of this new concept and was excited at the challenge of providing a great new look to Australian Library shelving. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Scott and team from Resource Furniture. Their willingness to experiment with alternative materials to creative a whole new look in library shelving has been commendable and greatly appreciated by all involved in the new library project. “

“I just want to let you know how much we have appreciated the service from the staff at Resource Furniture. Both those in the office and the fellows who have delivered our furniture to us have been a pleasure to work with. Because we have bought items over several months, I have seen your delivery guys several times and they are always friendly, courteous and organised even when we are in a bit of a flurry. This is probably the last you will hear from us for a while because we are well set up now, and I couldn’t let the occasion pass without saying thank you. Oh, and we like the furniture too.”

” (I) wanted to be sure to acknowledge and thank you and your company for your professionalism and prompt delivery of such a professional service. Thank you to you for the organising and special thanks to Scott and Scott who installed our furniture. They were fantastic in accommodating our requests and in the level of detail they went to – they cut our pieces of the furniture to not only fit fabulously in our tiny office but allowing us access to power points and data cabling points which has made such a difference in our day to day operations in the office. Thank you and it was a genuine pleasure working with your company.”

“I just wanted to pass some feedback in regards to today’s delivery here at Civic. The 2 guys who came today were professional, helpful and friendly in the extreme. Nothing was too much trouble; they helped by pulling down some existing furniture which allowed us to make space for the new stuff…..
It was clear that these guys enjoy what they do and their commitment to customer service shone as a result. It was a pleasure to have them on-site and I hope they are doing the West Lakes delivery. Please pass on our thanks.”
