The Warrnambool Library and Learning Centre is a reimagining of the public library.
The new refurbished Warrnambool Library is four times the area of the previous library and situated within the grounds of the South West TAFE.
Resource worked with Kosloff Architecture & the Council to compliment the already vibrant space.
