The Furniture products on this website are only available for sale to individuals or designated company officers who can make legally binding contracts. The products are not available to persons under the age of 18 years and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.

Any order placed by you in the manner described in this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the price (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) specified in this website at the time you place your order on these Terms and Conditions. Resource Furniture reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with Resource Furniture only comes into existence when it forwards confirmation of receipt of your order and payment.
Unfulfilled Orders
In the unforseen circumstances that an item you ordered is unavailable we will contact you with the expected delivery time and offer you an option of waiting for it, replacing your order with a similar product or receiving a refund.

Please note delivery of furniture is available within the greater Adelaide Metropolitan area only. Smaller items can be sent by Australia Post, Australia wide.
All goods are delivered by Resource Furniture, courier or Australia Post and require a signature on receipt. For this reason a work address is preferred to ensure you receive your parcel in a timely manner. You will be contacted prior to delivery to arrange a suitable time. If no-one is available to receive your order, a card will be left indicating your goods are available for collection at Resource Furniture on 215 Richmond Rd. Richmond Adelaide SA 5033.
Resource Furniture ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on +61 8 8234 0032 to enquire about a special order.

Furniture Assembly
If you would like your furniture assembled prior to deliver we are happy to organise this for you. Please add the cost of assembling the furniture to your shopping cart.

Standard Delivery time
Allow 5 working days for standard delivery by Resource Furniture in the Greater Adelaide metropolitan area and allow 5 days standard delivery by Australia Post for country and interstate.

Reproduction & Colour
Resource Furniture will do its utmost to ensure that our furniture range and the website are reproduced as accurately as possible. However, there may be slight variations between the website and the products themselves. We recommend you visit our showroom to view the furniture if you are unsure at 215 Richmond Rd Richmond Adelaide SA 5033. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.

Prices & Descriptions
At the time of printing, prices and descriptions are accurate as possible. However due to circumstances beyond our control, a price may require altering. If this occurs you will be notified of any changes.

The currency of any transaction is Australian Dollars (AUD) only.
Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of GST applied at the rate of 10%

Refunds & Returns
Returns are excepted within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in original packaging and they must be in an unused condition. Any return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We strive to retain a loyal customer base so if you are dissatisfied in any way we want to know why. Please contact us so that we can address any concerns you may have.

Resource Furniture recognises shoppers have certain rights and supports these standards. The goods you buy must be safe, work the way they’re supposed to and must be the subject of accurate information.

Our merchandise is carefully inspected and packaged before it is dispatched to you, if for some reason you are not satisfied please follow these instructions.

You can seek a refund, exchange or credit if the product has a serious fault or shipping damage, doesn’t do the job it’s supposed to, or you have just changed your mind.

You may only return goods purchased from our web site that are preauthorised for return by Resource Furniture. These items will, pending an inspection, be subject to a refund, credit or exchange.

Shipping fees are non refundable unless products are damaged during transit or faulty due to manufacturer issues

Risk and Title
Resource Furniture will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, however all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by our courier service. You should consider whether to obtain suitable insurance
